What does Exhibau require from us to start the design process?

It all starts with an idea, a concept or a napkin sketch. We will meet you wherever you at in your ideation stage, and from there we will start the design process and work closely with you to ensure your vision and goals are met.

What is an event audit?

Exhibau is happy to offer you and your company a complimentary and confidential event audit which will provide data-driven analysis and actionable insight on the elements of your event. An event audit can be an excellent tool to objectively evaluate:
1) Event outcomes
2) Methodology for evaluating metrics and performance
3) Creative strategy
4) Opportunities for efficiencies and savings.

The audit includes a discovery questionnaire and interview, from there we will put together a 45-60 minute presentation where we’ll walk through our findings and provide recommendations for moving forward.

What is Exhibau's response to COVID?

Exhibau has collaborated with our partners and we've been certified in Canada and the US to provide and distribute the necessary medical supplies and equipment to businesses and organizations to help combat COVID-19. Who's on the Exhibau team?

Our team comes from various live event production, project management, construction and structural engineering backgrounds. Collectively, Exhibau has in-depth knowledge related to project management techniques and expertise in creating temporary event structures.

How long does the design to fabrication process take?

This all depends on the size, scale and materials of the exhibition. At Exhibau we try to be as flexible as possible with time sensitive fabrication deadlines. Typically, we require 3-6 weeks turnaround however the ideal timeline for design to fabrication process is 3 to 6 months depending on scope.

Does Exhibau offer design services? What is your approach to design?

Our creativity draws upon our passion for live events and a good story, our approach is one of optimism and we look for and do our best to ask the right questions. With our innate and learned skills in artistry, fresh thinking to problem-solving, craftsmanship and precision we take a human-centered approach which fuels the creation of experiences that resonate more deeply with an audience.

BEGIN THE PROJECT

After final sign-off is received on the request for proposal, we will mobilize the team and assign resources wherever necessary in order to deliver the project with the highest amount of client satisfaction possible.
